CWN Leadership Team

Emily Schaller, President

The President of CWN is responsible for the oversight of the group’s mission, initiatives, and events. This position plans, attends, and moderates the monthly meetings including agenda creation and invites. The President works closely with the respective VPs to provide additional support and guidance where needed and ensure alignment across the team initiatives.

Emily received her Bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College with majors in Political Science and Spanish. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus in Supply Chain and Operations. Emily currently works as an IT business analyst for Sogeti. Her expected graduation date is May 2021.

Grace Holbrook, VP of Finance

The VP of Finance manages the club budget and assures that proper funding is available to carry out club events and activities. This role requires a level of comfort with securing corporate and university sponsorship.

Grace earned her Bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College with majors in International Business Management and Sociology/Anthropology. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus in Finance. Grace works full-time as a Senior Market Specialist in U.S. Bank's Global Custody department. Her expected graduation date is May 2022.

Allie Jameson, VP of Marketing & Communications

The VP of Marketing and Communications for the Carlson Women's Network creates and executes communication plans for the club. Some of these duties include website maintenance, email correspondence, promotional material and event collateral design.

Allie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago with a major in Management and International Business and a minor in Spanish. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus in Marketing and the Medical Industry Leadership Institute. Allie currently works as a Client Manager in Health and Wealth Solutions at Alight Solutions. Her expected graduation date is May 2022.

Claudia Santana, VP of Development & Engagement

The VP of Development & Engagement is responsible for driving club membership and engagement through enhancing CWN meetings/events by securing new speakers and identifying topics of interest. This individual will focus on expanding membership by finding new creative ways to recruit new members. This role will also partner with the executive team on CWN sponsored events happening throughout the year, included but not limited to the Women, Wine and Wisdom annual event.

Claudia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in Marketing with a minor in Supply Chain Management. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus in General Management. Claudia is currently a Sr. Internal Auditor at Target; her expected graduation date is May 2022.

Brittany Cardinal, VP of Event Operations

The VP of Events for CWN is responsible for managing all social and professional events for the network. This includes largest event, Women Wine and Wisdom, which is often the most popular and sold out speaker event at 200+ attendees. The VP of Events also manages semi-annual social events and gatherings. Candidates interested in this position should be proactive, organized and driven to expand the reach of the Carlson Women’s Network.

Brittany Cardinal earned her Bachelors of Science from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities with a major in Retail Merchandising and a minor in Management. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus in Marketing. Brittany is currently a Marketing Manager at Be The Match. Her expected graduation date is December 2023.
